All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely to describe the scent profile that inspired each Roudha product — not to suggest any association, sponsorship, or endorsement. This referential use is consistent with the Canadian Competition Act (truthful comparative advertising under the deceptive marketing practices framework, Section 74.01) and the US Lanham Act, where nominative fair use is a recognized judicial defense to infringement claims under Section 43(a) and is explicitly codified as an exclusion to dilution claims under Section 43(c)(3) (Trademark Dilution Revision Act of 2006). Each Roudha fragrance is independently formulated with its own unique composition.
