Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters. We keep things simple and fair.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if the bottle has been opened and used. No questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns in any condition — opened, used, or sealed. Just make sure to include all original packaging when shipping it back.
How to Start a Return
Getting started is easy. Reach out to us with your order number and reason for the return:

We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping address.
Return Shipping
If your item arrived defective or we sent the wrong product, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. For all other returns (change of mind, scent preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different scent? Contact us at support@roudhascents.com and we'll help arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
